Tracy is the Assistant Principal of Dover-Sherborn Middle School.
Tracy is a past member of the MassCue Board of Directors and has been presenting at the annual conference since 2012. She has also presented for EdTech Teacher, Massachusetts Teachers Association, Learn Launch and several school districts in the region. Tracy earned her M. Ed. from Harvard Graduate School of Education and her Bachelors in History and History of Art from University of Michigan.

Prior to her role in building leadership, Tracy was a Social Studies teacher and Instructional Technology specialist with the Natick Public Schools for 11 years (2011-2022) and at the Carroll School in Lincoln for the ten years prior to that (2001-2011). She is also a United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Teacher Fellow and USC Shoah Foundation Teacher Innovator.
Tracy holds a Master of Education in Organizational Leadership from Endicott College, a Master of Education in Mind, Brain and Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education and an undergraduate degree in History and History of Art from the University of Michigan.
