This includes cultivating strong relationships with educators, administrators, policymakers, and industry partners.

Financial stewardship will be a critical component of this role. The Executive Director will oversee all aspects of MassCUE’s financial operations, including budget development and management, revenue generation through membership growth, grants, sponsorships, and other fundraising initiatives, and ensuring long-term financial health and stability.

Operational excellence is paramount. The Executive Director will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of MassCUE’s day-to-day operations, including program development and delivery, member services, marketing and communications, and staff management. This requires strong organizational skills, the ability to foster a collaborative and productive work environment, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
