MassCUE is excited to announce that we will be hosting our popular Googlepalooza “IN-PERSON” at Tantasqua Regional Junior High School this summer.

Join other educators on August 10, 2022 for a full day of all things Google. Educators will have a choice of attending G Suite for Education hands-on workshops by experienced Google Certified Trainers and Educators. Come join the fun and “Recharge” for the upcoming school year.

Kristin Daley Conti

Kristin Daly

Kristin is a seventh grade, Lead Science Teacher, at Tantasqua Junior High School, a regional school in central Massachusetts. She has been in the classroom for over 20 years. Kristin is also a Level 1 Google Certified Educator, Wakelet Community Member, Flipgrid Certified Educator, Quizizz Certified Game Changer, and member of the MassCueProfessional Development Committee. Kristin is also a member of the Professional Development Committee in her own district and is an advocate for using ed-tech in the classroom.

Erin Foley

Erin FoleyErin is the Digital Literacy Specialist at Hanover Middle School and has been a member of the MassCUE Professional Development Committee since 2019.  Erin is also a Level 2 Google Certified Educator and a Google for Education Certified Trainer.  She has 14 years of experience as a classroom teacher with 11 of those years specifically in the field of instructional technology and digital literacy.  Erin is a member of the Hanover Public Schools Technology Committee and has led multiple trainings to assist teachers in transitioning to a hybrid learning environment.  Erin has a M.A.T. degree from Quinnipiac University and holds 4 Massachusetts teaching licenses: Digital Literacy/Computer Science (5-12), Instructional Technology (K-12), Elementary (1-6), and Mathematics.

Rayna Freedman, Ed.D

Rayna FreedmanDr. Rayna Freedman is a 5th grade teacher at the Jordan/Jackson Elementary School in Mansfield, MA. She has taught grades 3-5. Rayna has a B.S. in Education from the University of Vermont and a M.Ed in Educational Technology from Lesley University. She received her doctorate through Northeastern in teaching, learning, leading, and curriculum. Rayna is the Past President of MassCUE and has been presenting at the annual conference since 2010. She is a Google Level 1 and 2 certified educator and a Google for Education Certified Trainer, a BrainPOP certified educator, Flipgrid Ambassador, Fablevision Ambassador and Wakelet Ambassador. Rayna has presented for ISTE, Ed Tech Teacher, Vietnam Technology Conference, CUE Nevada, NYSCATE, Tech and Learning, Medfield Digital Learning Day, FETC, BPLC, and BLC. She believes in student agency and the power of building relationships and community.

Kimberly McCorkle is originally from New Hampshire. She is  the Technology Integration Manager at Keith Middle School in New Bedford, MA. Prior to returning to New England from Texas, she was a 6th grade teacher in a middle school in Southeastern Texas where she taught for 12 years. During that time, she taught Math, Social Studies and Science. She received a Chromecart for her classroom in the fall of 2012 and has been enthusiastically using technology in her classroom ever since. She has presented numerous times at the Texas Google Summit, and TCCA Conference in Aldine, TX and participated in the Google Lesson Plan Jam at Google headquarters in Austin, TX. She is a Level 1 and Level 2 Google Certified Educator. It is her passion to help other educators effectively use technology in the classroom!

Kimberly McCorkle Sessions

Neal Sonnenberg

Neal is a technology integration specialist (9-12) for the Medfield Public Schools and a Google Certified Trainer.  Previously, he taught High School Math and also worked as a Curriculum Coordinator developing online Math and Business courses  He is one of the creators of Medfield’s Design Your Learning Day (DLD) conference and also serves on the MassCUE Conference Committee. He has presented at numerous conferences, is one of the co-leaders of the TEC Tech Integrators Job Alike group and loves everything Google Sheets related.  Follow him on twitter @nealman17

There are 2 parking lots.  Attendees can park in either lot and Student Council Reps/Signs will greet you at the door to direct you to the Library for Registration.

Vendor Opportunities

We are looking for three (3) sponsors for this one-day event at $450 each. Sponsorships are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Sponsorship includes:

  • Table (6 foot) for materials
  • Two complimentary registrations
  • Recognition before the morning session
  • Logo on webpage three months prior and up to event
  • 2-minute time slot to address the participants during lunch and opportunity to set up device bar.

 

Expected Demographics:  We expect 100 educators (Integration Specialists, Classroom Teachers, Content Coordinators, etc.) for this event.
