Google’s Certified Coach program empowers instructional coaches to work 1:1 with educators and drive impactful technology use in their schools. Coaches get access to research-backed strategies and tools — so that new and veteran educators alike can transform instruction across every classroom.
The goal of the Google Certified Coach Cohort Program is to help instructional coaches strengthen their practice and successfully become Google for Education Certified Coaches.
You will complete this work alongside other educators in a cohort model with access to all course resources, monthly virtual online meetings, and weekly office hours.

| Optional Graduate Credits (2) Worcester State University | At the first class, participants may choose to register for 2 graduate credits through Worcester State University for an additional fee of $250. All participants, including those who do not opt for graduate credit, will receive a certificate documenting the number of course hours attended. |
Jen Thomas
Jen Thomas is a passionate technology educator who began her career in education as a library media specialist. After twelve years in the school library, she decided to shift her role and is now the Instructional Technology Specialist at Dartmouth High School in Dartmouth, Massachusetts.
She is dedicated to empowering teachers and students and has a strong interest in planning and delivering professional development in all aspects of educational technology. Jen is a Level 2 Google Certified Educator, Google Certified Trainer, and facilitates online professional development courses with a number of non-profit educational organizations. She is also a member of the first MassCUE Champions Cohort.
Johanna Wilson
In her current role, 6-12 Technology Integration Specialist, Johanna works closely with the teachers and students in Hamilton-Wenham to support the effective use of technology in teaching and learning. In addition to designing and implementing professional development opportunities for her colleagues, Johanna coaches the school’s student-tech leaders as they learn, practice, and apply valuable future-ready skills. Johanna is passionate about project-based learning and was charged with the design and oversight of a school makerspace, where she collaborates with teachers who are looking to incorporate hands-on, in-context, meaningful project-based learning experiences for their students. Johanna is a Level 2 Google Certified Educator and a member of the first MassCUE Champions Cohort.
