The MassCUE Board of Directors is made up of educators with a strong interest in digital teaching and learning. This group of volunteers brings a variety of skills and expertise to MassCUE and plays a key role in the organization’s strategic direction. They are innovators, thought leaders and community connectors. Above all, they are committed to MassCUE’s mission to educate, connect, and inspire educators across the commonwealth.

Leo Brehm
PRESIDENT, INTERIM, APPOINTED, 2025Leo currently serves as a School Business Administrator and has had a distinguished career in Massachusetts education. His roles have included CIO/CTO, director of technology, instructional technology specialist, and edtech entrepreneur. Driven by a passion for advancing education through technology and leadership, Leo currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Reynolds Center for Teaching, Learning, and Creativity. Additionally, he held positions on the MassCUE Board of Directors, including terms as president and treasurer.

Jared Perrine
PRESIDENT-ELECT, INTERIM, APPOINTED, 2025Jared Perrine is the Director of Technology at Narragansett Regional School District. He is a proud returning (interim) board member of MassCUE and a board member of METAA (state chapter of CoSN). He also has his Massachusetts CTO certification (based on CETL), is a member of the Digital Learning Advisory Council (DLAC), is a 2015 MassCUE Pathfinder, and is a 2024 MassCUE Shelley Chamberlain Community Service Award winner. Formerly a teacher, Jared has his M.Ed. from Lesley University in Instructional Technology.

Jacqueline Collins
TREASURER, INTERIM, APPOINTED, 2025Jacqueline Collins returns as Treasurer of the MassCUE Board of Directors, having previously served on the board for nine years, including eight as Treasurer. A National Board Certified Teacher in Career and Technical Education, she specializes in Business, Marketing, and Financial Services. Since 2006, Jacqueline has been a business teacher and instructional technology specialist at Mansfield High School. A passionate advocate for financial literacy, she co-authored the 2021 National Standards for Personal Financial Education. Throughout her career, she has held numerous leadership roles at both the state and national levels. She currently serves as an Innovation Educator Fellow with the STARTedUP Foundation.
Jacqueline holds a BSBA in Accounting and Computer Information Systems from Stonehill College, an MBA in Marketing from Marist College, and an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instructional Technology from Framingham State University. She also earned a Certificate in Online Learning and Teaching from Endicott College.

Ellen M. Driscoll
SECRETARY, INTERIM, APPOINTED, 2025“Experience shows that success is due less to ability than to zeal. The winner is he who gives himself to his work, body, and soul.” –Charles Buxton
“Zealous” describes Ellen’s attitude toward life and learning. She has worked as an aide, substitute, and a high school technology teacher before becoming a Technology Systems Administrator for Barnstable and Plymouth. Ellen retired as Chief Technology Officer from Middleborough Public Schools. Her connection to MassCUE as an organization with its values and dedicated members has been central to her growth and devotion to technology and learning.
Ellen first discovered MassCUE as an elementary computer teacher and joined a SIG in 1994. She has witnessed and worked for the dramatic growth in MassCUE. Receiving the 2008 MassCUE Pathfinder Award was a lifetime achievement. In 2015, ISTE recognized Ellen’s work advocating for Technology in Massachusetts with a plaque at their annual conference in June in Philadelphia. Again in 2017, she was awarded the coveted ISTE Making IT Happen (Jacket) Award representing MassCUE.
Ellen has had the pleasure of serving as the secretary on the MassCUE Board for ten years and returns now to fulfill that role again as the Interim 2025 Secretary. She has served on the Conference Committee, Influence and Advocacy Committee and the founding Board of METAA. In 2008, she was appointed by the state Commissioner of Education to the Educational Technology Advisory Council for two terms. Ellen spent six years as an elected School Committee member representing the residents of Mattapoisett, where she still lives with her husband, John and rescue dog Pepe. Their three children have made them proud grandparents of nine young adults.

John O’Sullivan
BOARD MEMBER, INTERIM, APPOINTED 2025John O’Sullivan is the author of eight books on educational and assistive technology. His most recent book is Technology for English Language Learners. John currently works for Chelmsford Public Schools as the Chelmsford High School Librarian. He is a former staff member of MassCUE. John was the Social Media Ambassador for MassCUE from 2017 to 2019. He has been an active member of MassCUE serving on the Communication and Professional Development Committees.

Danielle Klingaman, Ed.D.
ADVISOR TO THE BOARDDr. Klingaman is currently the Superintendent of Schools for the Duxbury Public School district. Dr. Klingaman began her professional career working with adolescents with mental health and behavioral challenges in a residential treatment program and later worked as a special education teacher in the Wrentham Public School district before beginning her successful 18-year career in school administration. Dr. Klingaman served as the Assistant Principal of Central Elementary School in East Bridgewater, the Principal of L.G. Nourse Elementary School in Norton, the Principal of Joseph W. Martin, Jr. Elementary School in North Attleboro, and Assistant Superintendent of Schools for Duxbury Public Schools. Dr. Klingaman holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Northeastern University, a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Bridgewater State University, a Post-Baccalaureate Degree in Special Education from Bridgewater State University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Dr. Klingaman previously served on the MassCUE Board of Directors as well as the Principals’ Advisory Cabinet for the Department of Secondary and Elementary Education (DESE). Dr. Klingaman was a member of the DESE development team that wrote and developed tools for The Inclusive Practices Guidebook. Dr. Klingaman’s doctoral research focused on school culture, change theory, and effective leadership practices. She has led teacher and administrator professional development and coursework in curriculum, pedagogy, and technology integration.
Dr. Klingaman lives in Attleboro with her husband and two children.
