January I&A Update: Student Privacy Webinar Series

The U.S. Department of Education will hold a series of webinars focused on student privacy in January. This webinar series will provide the education community nationwide with opportunities to learn more about the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), transparency, data security, data breach preparedness and response and more. • Day 2: FERPA 201 and Vetting Educational Technology, January 18, 2023, 2-4pm EST
• Day 3: Data Security and Data Breach Response, January 25, 2023, 2-4pm EST
