Registration Information
Registration fees are as follows:
Members: $125 for one day / $200 for both days
Nonmembers: $175 for one day / $250 for both days
Presenters: $50 for day of presentation; $75 for second day
Any Registrations received after November 2: add $100 late fee
Gala 25th Anniversary Reception (hors d'oeurves, cash bar and dinner): $20
Membership fee (new or renewal): $35 / 1 year, $65 / 2 years, $90/ 3 years
Preregistration ends on November 2, 2007. Preregistration fees apply to any registrations that ARRIVE by that date. Conference fees for any conference registrations received AFTER November 2 will be billed $100 late fee.
If registration is received by November 2, a confirmation/receipt will be mailed to you prior to the conference. Confirmations for registrations received after November 1 will be held at the conference registration desk. Registration is on a first-come, first served basis. If preregistrations reach the hotel capacity limit, we will have to limit the number of walk-in registrants. If your registration arrives after the hotel capacity limit has been reached, we will mail back your registration with your check or purchase order.
Payment
You may register on our website only if you pay by credit card. We have a secure site, so you may submit your card number. If you would prefer, you may fill out the credit card information on the registration form and then fax or mail it to us.
If you are paying by check or purchase order, print out the registration form on our web site and mail it in with the payment. Mail to MassCUE, Inc., P.O. Box 812188, Wellesley, MA 02482.
Registration form may be faxed to 781-416-4002 ONLY if accompanied by a purchase order or credit card information. The fax machine will be turned off at 5 PM on Friday, November 2.
Your confirmation/receipt will be mailed to you, NOT handed out at the conference.
Walk-in registrants must have cash, a check, a purchase order, or a purchase order number plus the correct billing address. Anyone who registers at the door must pay $100 late fee.
ALL PURCHASE ORDERS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A REGISTRATION FORM FOR EACH PERSON LISTED
Make sure the name of each person attending the conference appears on the purchase order.
MassCUE has no institutional or school membership, however, if SIX or more teachers from one school/district are registered at the same time and covered by the same check or purchase order, they may all register at the member price. A separate registration form must be filled out for each of them. If they register separately, with individual checks or purchase orders, the discount does not apply.

Refund Policy
Written requests for refunds must be received by Wednesday, November 7. Any refund request received after November 7 will not be honored. Refunds will be issued AFTER the conference. If a purchase order is submitted, it will be invoiced at the full amount unless a written request for cancellation is received by WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 7.
MassCUE Membership
If you are not a MassCUE member but you register at the member rate, you or your school system will be billed for the difference.
